Returns

Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection at your own cost. You are responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your returned goods. 

If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify us first by phone (01489 795692) and then in writing within a three day cancellation period. The return will be made at your own cost. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as they were supplied to you, otherwise you will be liable to pay for those goods.  We will not accept returns for goods that have been opened or/and are not in the original packaging.  Claims for damaged or missing goods on orders must be made within three working days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

On receipt of any returned goods that are claimed to be damaged, we will inspect the products and determine if any liability can be accepted, we do not accept returns of non-faulty items.

We operate a 5% margin for broken or faulty goods. 

Any shortages or damages, above 5%, must be reported to B2V Wholesale within 24 hours. All claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred if they fall outside this timescales.

Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.
