Ordering/Delivery Information

The majority of products sold via B2V Wholesale are sold per case.  Unless detailed within the desciption, 1 item entered within the shopping basket will relate to 1 case of that particular item. All case sizes are shown per item description. 

B2V Wholesale will ensure that all goods are properly packed and secured in such manner as to enable them to reach their destination in good condition.  Each delivery of goods will be accompanied by a delivery note which shows the date of the order (order number if applicable) and the type and quantity of the goods. 

Orders are despatched either via our own van delivery service, or via third party carrier.

Our own vans cover the Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex and Somerset areas of Southern England, on a weekly delivery cycle.  Customers within this Southern Central area can either order in time for the scheduled weekly van run, or at anytime, to receive their order via a third party carrier.  Customers located outside the Southern Central region will automatically receive their delivery via the third party carrier.  

Orders that are despatched via a third party carrier are normally received within 3-4 working days of the order being placed.

We ship within the UK mainland, highlands, offshore islands & Northern Ireland.  Please see definative list below of all postcodes that are NOT within our postal range. 

UK mainland - we offer free delivery on orders over £250 (excluding VAT).  Free shipping will become an option upon checkout when your order reaches £250 or higher (excluding VAT).  

Northern Island - we offer free delivery on orders over £300 (excluding VAT). For orders under £300, please contact us at B2V Wholesale to obtain a postage quote before placing your order. Free shipping will become an option upon checkout when your order reaches £300 or higher (excluding VAT).  

Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands please contact us at B2V Wholesale to obtain a postage quote before placing your order.  We can send you a pay by link for your order and the additional postage.  

For European orders – the rates vary throughout Europe, and depend on the size of your order. Please contact us at B2V Wholesale to obtain a quote before placing your order – 01489 795692. We can send you a pay by link for your order and the additional postage - the payment option within our shopping cart is disabled if you order from outside the UK.

Collection 

Collection from our warehouse in Botley, Southampton is free of charge. Collection can be arranged by calling B2V Wholesale on 01489 795692, quoting your order number.

The address for collection is, Unit 9, Bridge Farm Industries, Botley Road, Curbridge, Hampshire SO30 2HB.  Please note collection must be pre-arranged and booked and orders must be collected between 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, within 72 hours of placing the order.

Delivery/Receiving Your Order

Deliveries will be made between the hours of 7.00am to 9.00pm. We are unfortunately unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Orders placed before 12 noon and on weekends will usually be despatched the following working day. You will receive an email invoice on the day that your order is despatched. Your email will include a reference number so you can easily track your goods delivery.

To ensure safe receipt of your goods, our carriers will require a signature - therefore someone over the age of 18 will need to be at the delivery address to sign for your goods delivery (failed deliveries may incur charges).  Unfortunately there will be no refund for any goods from unsigned deliveries. Please note that if you wish to have the order left unsigned for, neither B2V Wholesale nor the carrier will assume liability.  Please ensure that all the details you have given upon placing your order are correct as we cannot be held liable for any mis-delivery arising out of incorrect information that you have provided. 

We are also unfortunately unable to accept any claims for damaged goods that have been signed for in "good condition".  Please check over your goods parcel thoroughly upon delivery.  Once your goods have been unloaded, it is your responsibility to get the goods inside your premises.

Goods supplied will normally be delivered within the following number of working days after dispatch. 

Mainland England and Wales within 3 to 4 working days.

Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and offshore Islands within 5 working days.

Europe within 7 - 14 working days

If you require a timed or Saturday delivery please contact us. This service is available, however will be subject to a surcharge.
